, WILLIAM WOLSEY1) was born November 11, 1783 in VA - Washington County, and died December 16, 1854 in KY - Clinton County. He married (1) SUSANNA BAXTER December 25, 1809 in KY - Cumberland County. He married (2) ANNA CROUCH July 11, 1811 in TN - Greene County, daughter of JAMES CROUCH and AGNES DENTON. She was born November 24, 1793, and died December 31, 1845.
CORR: From Steve Alsip of Corbin, Kentucky: It is said that wife #2 was Anne Crouch, married Aug. 6, 1811, and wife #3 as Ann Crocker, July 11, 1811, Cumberland County, Kentucky. Think they are one and the same person.

2001 Dec 7 from Gail Hammond - Zephaniah was in the War of 1812 He was a private soldier in Capt. Cross' company and served under Gen. Wm. Henry Harrison.
