At first, I thought this might be the Thomas D. Woolsey in the 1870 Census of S. F, CA, but unless Sarah 'fudged' on her age, saying she was '35' when she may have been closer to '40', then it probably isn't the same Thomas D. Woolsey. But interesting.

The 'Mormon' connection would explain why Sarah [Ireland ??] was born in England and her parents were foreign born, and some people came to Utah and then continued on to California, but ???...

I don't have the slightest inkling who the following family is. Is there anyone out there who can identify with this family?

He does not fit into any of our known "Mormon" families and I am intrigued by his father's name of King Woolsey. The only other "King" Woolsey is the noted Indian fighter of Arizona.
