        This is to certify that Alma L Becker of Oldham, SD having completed her payment of Three Dollars from her own earnings toward the United War Campaign Fund, is therefore enrolled as one of the "Victory Girls" and is thus helping to provide comfort and cheer for an American Fighter through the work of the seven organizations represented in the campaign.
