October 8, 2008                      All order forms & prize forms due to Pack 51

-We will go den by den pulling one boy at a time to another table to review paperwork.

*With all paperwork due to Pack by the date of October 8th we can still add the occasional additional sale if you find one.

October 16, 2008                    All processed paperwork & prize forms due to Council

-This takes hours to prepare so all forms are due to Pack the week before.

(No one has volunteered to stay up all night on October 15th doing this paperwork or to turn it in on Oct. 16th.)

November 19, 2008                All money due to Pack –No exceptions. Last meeting of the month

-We suggest that you bring money in each week and turn in for a receipt.

Where does the money go?

-Your son will receive a commission of his sales into the Pack account to use for Scout events. How much he receives will depend on overall Pack sales. If we sell more popcorn then the boys did last year we will receive a higher commission.

-A portion of the commission will be kept by the Pack to be used for events such as the Blue and Gold Banquet in February and the Pinewood Derby in the spring. These events will have some food, prizes, etc. that are provided from the Pack funds.

*All Pack funds are from dues and popcorn sales.
