    she married secondly on 27 June 1906 at Walsingham Centre, Ont. to Ebenezer Swick, b c 1876.

2 Youngest son - Richard Clarence Swick - was born on 8 July 1899 in North Walsingham Twp.

I found some records pertaining to the Wingrove/Rohrer family:

1 Wm. Lorne Rohrer, son of John Rohrer and Pearl Wingrove
   born 26 Sept 1900 North Walsingham Twp.

2 Iva May Rohrer, illegitimate dau. of Phoebe Ann Rohrer
   born 7 Nov 1900 in North Walsingham Twp.
   (so Phoebe must have married Norman Wingrove 
    after this date.)

3 Isaiah Charles J. Rohrer, 
   son of John H. Rohrer and Grace Vansickle
   born 4 May 1903 in North Walsingham Twp.
   (I thought this would be Charles, son of John H. Rohrer and
    Pearl Wingrove - as his wife is Grace Vansickle, 
    not sure who this is!)

The marriage of Alonzo Wingrove and Alice (Stewart) Foreman was on 17 Nov 1902, but yes - his parents were listed as John Wingrove and Lois Shepherd. 

I was able to find some further Wingrove information from the information. you provided: 

1 John Rohrer - couldn't find his death in 1900 

2 Norman Wingrove - couldn't find his death in 1904 

3 Richard C. Wingrove, single, died Nov. 22, 1918 in Yarmouth
  Twp., aged 19 Years 4 mos., burial at Aylmer, occupation -
  Farmer, son of Alonzo Wingrove and Alice Wingrove
  (an obvious error - his mother was Sarah), 
   disease causing death - Influenza, 
   immediate cause of death - pneumonia,
   informant - G. A. Allen, Aylmer 

4 "Orilla" Wingrove born Apr 28 1892 in South Walsingham
   Township, dau of Alonzo Wingrove and Sarah Emily "Huser" 

5 "Amy" Wingrove died on Jan. 17, 1915 at Lot 12, Con. A.,
    South Walsingham Township, aged 28 yrs., born - Con. 7,
    Walsingham Twp., burial - Walsingham, married, dau. of John
     Dair and Etta Lee, cause of death - Tuberculosis of Lungs,
    informant - Matthias Hazen, Port Rowan
                   (Amy is the wife of William Kelly Wingrove ) 

6 I couldn't find births of S. M. or G. M. Wingrove.

 Sarah Houser's brother was Jacob Henry Foreman. His marriage record states he married Alice Stewart, age 19, dau. of Michael and Mary Ann Stewart, on 21 Nov 1883 at Decewsville in North Cayuga.
Jacob died in 1899 and then I have this marriage:
Alice Foreman, W, age 40?, dau. of Michael Steart and Mary Forsythe, m on 17 Nov 1902 at Aylmer to Alonzo WINGROVE, W, age 44, son of John Wingrove and Lois Shepherd.

Did they twist the truth with their parents names?
Is this Alonzo the same one who died in 1947?
If so, he married his sister-in-law as his second wife.

I have the following to add re: the family of Alonzo Wingrove, b c 1858, d 1947:

His wife was Sarah Emily Houser, b c 1858 Rainham Twp.,
                                               d 17 July 1902.
They were married on 20 Dec 1878 in Windham Twp. Sarah was an illegitimate child of Catharine Houser who married John Bernard Foreman in 1862. This is probably why you have her surname as Foreman.

I don't have the children Richard Wingrove or Oral Wingrove, but can provide information on the others:

1 - Pearl Wingrove, b 15 July 1879 Walsingham Twp.,
     m 1 Jan 1900 Houghton Twp. to John H. Rohrer.

2 - William Kelly Wingrove, b 3 July 1881 Walsingham Twp., 
     m 14 June 1904  North Walsingham Twp. to Ruth A. Dair.

3 - Norman Wingrove, b 3 June 1883 Walsingham Twp.

4 - Freeman Wingrove, b 22 Feb 1887 Walsingham Twp., 
     m 13 Oct 1909 at Springfield, Ont. to Edith Wall, b c 1880.

5 - Fraser Wingrove , b 22 Feb 1887 Walsingham Twp. 
     - twin of Freeman Wingrove.
