Charlotte Wingrove Jarrett and Thomas Jarrett
This picture was taken at a spring on the Jarrett family property. Charlotte Wingrove   is  handing Thomas Jarrett a dipper of water. He was blind in late life. They (she) bought 3 acres in a place called Minersville which is now a part of Fairmont, West Virginia.
