 In Memory of 
Mary G. Marshall

Mary Grace Marshall, 80, of Walker, died Aug. 22, 2001, at her residence. She was born March 14, 1921, in Waverly, daughter of the late Thomas and Vernie Corbin Wingrove. She retired from Seddons Restaurant; was a member of the Pleasant Grove U.M.C.; and was an avid fisherman.

She is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Daisy and Everett Flemming of Parkersburg, Verna Irene and Floyd of Pennsylvania, and Freda Sarah and Rick Northrop of St. Marys; three sons and their wives, William Arthur and Naomi Yost of Ripley, James Yost of Cottageville, and John and Penny Yost of Walker; one brother, Luther Wingrove of Waverly; 15 grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; 26 great-great-grandchildren;
and several nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Joseph Marshall; her first husband, James A. Yost; her second husband, Noah "Bus" Marshall; stepson, Urshel Marshall; two sisters, Opal Bayles and Virgie Baker; and two brothers, Clarence and Lester Wingrove.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Green Street, Parkersburg. Burial will follow in Herndon Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
