AUGUSTA, Ga. - John Ray
Wingrove, 76, beloved husband of Barbara S. Wingrove, entered
into rest August 29, 2006 at Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home. Graveside
services will be held today, Friday, September 1, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at
Hillcrest Memorial Park with The Reverend George Webb officiating. If so
desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer
Society, 2623 Washington Road, Suite 104, Augusta, Georgia 30904.

AUGUSTA, Ga. - John Ray Wingrove, 76, beloved husband of Barbara S.
Wingrove, entered into rest August 29, 2006 at Georgia War Veterans
Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held Friday, September 1, 2006 at
3:00pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park with The Reverend George Webb
officiating. Mr. Wingrove lived in Augusta for the last thirty years and
served in the United States Marine Corps. Additional survivors include
seven sons, John Ray Wingrove, Jr., Dennis Wingrove, Raymond Wingrove, Ted
Wingrove, Darin Wingrove, Richard Wingrove, Ricky Wingrove; two daughters,
Carol Rickerson; Pam Soucy; five step children, Ann Graham, Vicky Ray, Ray
Baker, Teresa Yarnell; Beth Usry; one sister, Betty Ivey; one brother,
William Wingrove and twenty three grandchildren. Visitation will be held
Thursday, August 31, 2006 from 6:00 - 8:00pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home,
1134 Telfair Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901. If so desired, memorial
