In Memory of 
Edward Wingrove

Edward "Ran" Wingrove, 93, of Grapevine, formerly of Amarillo, died Friday, Feb. 21, 1997.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Raymond Bowlin officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St. 

Mr. Wingrove was born in Indian Territory. He was married to his wife, Hazel, for 67 years. She preceded him in death. Mr. Wingrove had retired from the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Mines, and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels of Amarillo Inc., GRACE and the Amarillo Senior Citizens Association. He belonged to Memorial Baptist Church and enjoyed gospel singing and fishing.

Survivors include a son, Eddie Cleve "Pete" Wingrove of Grapevine; a daughter, Billie June Beard of Tacoma, Wash.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

The family requests memorials be to the American Cancer Society and GRACE.
