Gilbert L. Wingrove, Sr., 71 of Hays, Uniontown, Pa., died Friday, December 16, 2005 in the Uniontown Hospital.
He was born December 29, 1933, in High House, Pa., son of the late George Wingrove and Stella Layman Wingrove.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Frank Wingrove.

Surviving are his wife, Blanche Hicks Wingrove; two children: Gilbert L. Wingrove, Jr. and Tina M. Wingrove both at home, sisters and brothers Charlotte Baer, Waltersburg, Pa., Norman Warnick, High House, Pa., Wendell Warnick, Las Vegas, NV and Joyce Hotsinpillar, Point Marion, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 from 9 a.m. to Noon. Services will begin at Noon with the Pastor Ken Walls officiating. Interment in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
