Hazel Irene (Tracy) Wingrove 

   

Hazel Irene Wingrove, 83, of Pittsburgh, Pa., passed away Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, in Kane Regional Hospital, McKeesport, Pa. 

She was born May 1, 1921, in Buffalo, N.Y., a daughter of Joseph Tracy and Irene Weymer Tracy. 

Hazel was a longtime volunteer at Resurrection Catholic School as a Mentor for students, and also as an office assistant. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Richard Allen Wingrove. 

Surviving are the following children, Robert C. Wingrove and wife, Martha Jean of Grindstone, Pa., Judith Clark of Detroit, Mich., Ronald Wingrove and wife, Janet of Ralph, Pa., Richard Wingrove and wife, Carol of Texas, and Cathy Spaw and husband, David of Pittsburgh, Pa.; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a sister, Muriel Jane Weiss of Buffalo, N.Y.; and one brother, Joseph Swanson of Buffalo, N.Y. 

Funeral services were held for the Family on Thursday at 1 p.m., at the ROBERT T. KSIH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., with the Rev. Roland O'Brien officiating. Interment followed in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
