 In Memory of 
Earl Parnell

Earl Parnell, 92, of Irwin, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2001, in Jeannette District Memorial Hospital. He was born March 26, 1909, in Houston, Pa., a son of the late George and Hulda H. Lowther Parnell. He was a retired employee of Westinghouse Electric Corp., East Pittsburgh, and was a Jehovah's Witness. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army, and a member of the Manor American Legion. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Edgar, Samuel and George Parnell; and two sisters, Olive Beam and Lorraine Wingrove. He is survived by a brother, Thomas Parnell of Holyoke, Mass.; and two sisters, Florence Cottrell of Grapeville and Ruth Zimmers of Rillton; also nieces and nephews. 

Friends will be received at the WILLIAM SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 521 Main St., Irwin, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela, Pa.
