Judy Wingrove 

COOLVILLE - Judy I. Wingrove, 61, of Coolville passed away Jan. 1, 2004, at her residence. 

She was born March 25, 1942, in Parkersburg, a daughter of Raymond and Nettie Gates Higgins. 

She is survived by her husband, Dean; two daughters, Cindy A. Dillon and husband, Bud, of Reedsville, Ohio, and Lisa D. West and husband, Adam, of Texas; one brother, Jerry Higgins of Little Hocking; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Higgins.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. George Horner officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
