Maria was born at Clinton, Dutchess (now Oneida Co.), New York, on 21 December 1815. She was the daughter of
George White Wing and
Mary Martin. She married
Thomas Sands Doty at Easton, New York, on 11 January 1832. She died at Poughkeepsie, Dutchess, NY, on 4 December 1907. Her body was interred at Clinton, Dutchess (now Oneida Co.), New York, at Orthodox Friends' Ground.
