Horton Commercial, Horton, KS, [newspaper].

Grandma Rutherford departed this life Saturday at 2 p.m. She had been sick for several days but her death was a surprise. She was past 70 years of age. The funeral was preached by Rev. Grout in the Wesleyan church Sunday. We failed to get an obituary.

D. H. Rutherford's mother died at his home July 31. She was 74 years old and died of heart failure.
