Hendrick Teunisen Wiltsie, son of Theunis Hendricksen Wiltsie was probably born at Newtown, Long Island, New York and was baptized on 29 June 1703 at Jamaica. The family moved to Dutchess County about 1740.
Hendrick Teunisen married Pieternelle Van de Boog, daughter of Isaac Van de Boog and his wife, Hester Van Vleck, on 21 January (intention 20 January) 1726 in the New York Dutch Church. She was baptized on 3 September 1703 in New York.
Hendrick Teunisen Wiltsie and his wife, Pieternelle Van de Boog, had ten children. The first seven were born on Long Island; the last three in Dutchess County. On April 12, 1737, Petronella and Hendrick Wiltsie conveyed their land, orcharge, and dwelling house at Hell Gate to John Macdannaugh (Newtown REcords, pg. 144). On July 20, 1768, Henry Wiltsie and Petronella de Boog, his wife, were received into the Reformed Dutch Church of New Hackensack, Dutchess Co. (RDC, New Hackensack, Rec).
