Dear Sir

I received your letter and was glad to hear from you. We are all well, except bad colds. You spoke about the will, and I am satisfied for Henry to settle up the estate, and I am satisfied for Henry to have his money, for that note, I think we should all be, for we know that his claim is an honest one and should be paid out off the estate without not any further trouble about it, and you must be paid for your trouble. You had better put in your claim to whoever settles up the estate, Fry, don’t hesitate any thing about it, don’t waite (sic) for somebody else to say what you ought to have, but put in your claim, whatever you think is right, and it must be paid.
You did not say whether there were distinction(?) made in the will or not, we supposed that Jane would get the sewing machine. When you write again tell me whether it was mentioned in the will or not. I will close hoping to hear from you soon and ?? come up to see us.
