Notes: He was a native of Scotland. He arrived here on a crewship; landed on the East Coast; on his way through NC, he met Nancy Hayes. They were married and traveled to Posey, IN and settled there. Their son, Malachi married Martha E. Flowers in IN; they moved to IL where they had children.
