Present the Chancellor
?????? has to Asher Williamson [Son of William Williamson
Administrator of William Williamson deceased
	Asher Williamson administrator
of William Williamson deceased having by his
petition to this court set forth that he is the 
administrator of Williamson deceased
who was entitled to one fifth part of the 
[product]of a certain farm and plantation
sold under a decree of this court in a sale
in which the said Asher Williamson and 
others were complainnts [as _] Samuel William
son Executor of William Williamson, Father of
his [intestate ?]which fifth part was paid unto
the said Samuel Williamson on his having a
bond with [Surity] to the Chancellor and his [???-
assors] to execute the trust of the said sale
and that the said Samuel had died without
having paid over to the Petitioner the money
due to him as administrator and that he was
insolvent and therefore that the Petitioner had
no means of ?????? the same without a ????-
?????? of the said bond-and he applies for the
authority of this court to permit him so to do--

and it now appearing to this court
that the facts contained in the said Petition are
true it is therefore ordered that upon the said

Petitions executing and filing a bond with one
sufficient Security unto the chancellor in the
final sum of two hundred dollars with
a ?????? condition to indemnify the Plaintiff
in the action to be commenced on the said bond
against all ????? to ????ue them which bond
is to be approved by William Hyer,Esq one
of the Masters of this court, that upon the ?????
the said ^bond last mentioned; the said Bond given
by the said Samuel Williamson to the
Chancellor under the said decree be delivered
unto Richard Stockton Solicitor for the said
Petitioners, and that the said Petitioner
be authorized to commence an action there-
on-and It is further ordered that the Said
Petitioner do (bring) into this Court all monies
which he may ??????? and secure in virtue
of the said bond on the first ????????? to be
commenced, to abide the further order of
the Court on Motion of ???? ?? Stockton
of Council with the Sd[said] Petitioner.
