General Notes:
Joshua Fleming Boaz was A confederate soldier. He died from Pneumonia and Measles.
MILITARY: He enlisted as a private at Columbus, Ky. on Sept. 17, 1861 in Co. A, 7th Kentuck y Inf. Regt. CSA. He was quickly promoted to the rank of 2nd Sgt. only to contract measles an d die on Apr. 9, 1862.
