General Notes:
After Freeman Williams died in 1847 William went to live with his brother, Jourdan Calvin in Graves County, Kentucky. On December 1, 1863 he enlisted in the Army of the Confederate States of America. He served in Faulkner’s Regiment of the 12th Kentucky Cavalry, Co. C. under the command of William W. Faulkner. William died on July 30, 1903 in Weakley County, Tennessee and is buried at Old Bethel Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Graves County, Kentucky.
William married Lucy A. FORESTER on 19 Mar 1855 in Weakley Co., TN.
