Whitmore Surname Project: Whitmore Pedigree Database

The Whitmore Surname Project consists of two aspects: the collection and merging of all the pedigrees of project participants, and the scientific verification / disproval of these pedigrees through DNA analysis.

To this end, each participant provides a pedigree of his ancestral line, which the database administrator then merges into current information. The DNA co-administrators will suggest changes to the pedigrees as evidence is accumulated. All participants will be advised of these changes and encouraged to comment on them.

For those researching Whitmore et al family lines, this database should become the ultimate genealogical authority.
