The ceremony could be anywhere & of course the couple could live anywhere. That might be an interesting bit of Missouri law to look into. I copied these marriages from Ancestry "Missouri Marriages before 1850" I know the same under Ky marriages before 1850..many Bishops are left out so suppose the same for Missouri.
