Montgomery Standard, Montgomery City, Missouri, 27 January 1899 (Friday)

Chas. Bishop died at his home north of Belle Flower Sunday 22, and the remains
were interred in the chapel graveyard Tuesday.  The deceased had been in poor
health for some months, but at last he is released from all suffering.  The
family have the sympathy of the community in their sadness.

[Note:  At this time can't connect Charles D Bishop (28 Dec 1836 - 22 Jan 1899) 
living north of Belle Flower to any Missouri Bishop line.  - wfb]
