Death of Miss Jeannie Bishop, Montgomery Standard - 20 May 1898, Friday	

	Mrs George W. Allen, formerly Miss Jennie Bishop, died at her home in 
St Louis last Thursday night, aged 30 years, after undergoing a very delicate 
and painful operation.  Her remains were shipped to Martinsberg Saturday and 
conveyed to Liberty church, 7 miles southwest of here, where appropriate and
touching funeral services were held by Elder J. E. Donovan, of Montgomery City,
Sunday morning, surrounded by relatives and many sympathizing friends.
