Fulton Missouri Telegraph, Fulton, Missouri, 11 March 1904 Wesley Bishop, Aged 81 Years. Died at his home, in this city, Monday, March 7, 1904. Mr Bishop had been in declining health for several months and the end was hastened by an attack of grip. He was born in Kentucky and had lived in Callaway for almost 50 years, and during all that time no man could say a word against him as a man or citizen. Upright, honest and unpretentious he lived, and dead he leaves a good name. Besides the widow he leaves John Bishop, of North Dakota, Rufus Bishop, Mrs. C. Burton and Mrs M. Hudson, of Corder, sons and daughters to morn his death. His remains were buried in the old cemetery. ---- Fulton Journal, Fulton, Missouri, 14 March 1904 Rufe Bishop, Jas Hudson and Mr. and Mrs. Benton of Corder returned to their home last week after attending the funeral of their father Wesley Bishop.
