	Tyra D. Bishop Has Passed Away.  Tyra D. Bishop [Jr] died in the
Levering hospital at 5:40 o'clock Saturday evening after an illness of three
weeks.  Deceased was a native of Missouri, having been born in Callaway
county May 17, 1852.  His home was on Vine Street.  He had lived in this
city for nine years and was employed in the Burlington shops.
	He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. J.S. Woodson and Miss Lena
Bishop of Hannibal.
	The funeral will be held at the private chapel of William Smith at 8
o'clock tonight.  The body will be taken to Williamsburg, Callaway county,
tomorrow morning at 3 o'clock and will be laid to rest in the cemetery in
that place.

	The remains of Tyra [Jr] Bishop of Hannibal were brought here
Tuesday for burial.  Mr. Bishop had been in poor health for a long time.  He
was a brother of Fount Bishop of Shamrock, having lived in that neigborhood
for many years before moving to Hannibal.

	Shamrock Items - Mr. Tyra Bishop of Hannibal was buried at Liberty
Tuesday.  He had been in bad health for several years.

The mother is lying very low of pneumonia.

	Death of Mrs T.D. Bishop Jr - Mrs Nancy Bishop, wife of Tyra D
Bishop, Jr., died on Tuesday, Feb 2, 1904.  Her death was attributed to
typhoid-pneumonia.  She was 44 years, 11 months, and 22 days old.  She
leaves a husband, three daughters and an infant son; also a sister, Mrs
Laura Marlow of Montgomery City and three brothers, Jonathan and Oat Peery
of near Shamrock, and Billie Peery of St Louis.  She was a member of the
Christian church at Liberty, where the interrment took place.  The family
has the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.
	The family sincerely thank their neighbors and friends for the many
kindnesses extended during her sickness.

Shamrock Tuesday, Feb 2nd of pneumonia.  She was sick but a short time.
Deceased leaves a husband and four children, four brothers and one sister,
besides a host of other relatives and friends to morn her death.  The burial
took place at Liberty Wednesday at 3 o'clock.  The family have the sympathy
of the entire community.

	Shamrock - Mrs Tyra Bishop died at her home four miles northeast of
Shamrock Tuesday, Feb 2nd of pneumonia.  She was sick but a short time.

Little Child Dies.  Carl, the only son of T.D. Bishop, of Vine Street, South Side
died at 3:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon aged 5 years and two months.  His death
was due to scarlet fever from which he had been suffering for nine days.  The
funeral took place this afternoon at the family residence to Mount Olivet cemetery.
Burial was private.

	The friends of the family of Tyre Bishop will be sorry to hear of
the death of his little son Carl Bishop, who died in Hannibal about two
weeks ago.  The cause of his death was scarlet fever.
