MILLICENT became the mother of LOWELL DEAN WILKINS October 10, 1937. MILLICENT became the mother of GAIL RAE WILKINS Herman, Grant Co. Mn, March 10, 1942.

At 31 years of age FLOYD became the father of CAROL WILKINS April 27, 1936. At 33 years of age FLOYD became the father of LOWELL DEAN WILKINS October 10, 1937.
