Thank you for visiting the official website of the Lapensée, Leroux, Côté, and Butts, Family Tree and Genealogy. If you've been here before, then you'll notice the site has changed slightly. This compilation is derived from the ancestors and descendants of my grandparents: Philip Lapensee and Josephine Leroux, and, Leo Cote and Iris Butts. I have been referred to as the "Keeper of the Tree" and I gladly accept this position. The task may not be glamorous or high-paid, but being the family historian is a treasure in itself.
