2. Joseph² BRECKINFIELD (¹) (#2606) was born in Nettlepot 1778. Joseph died 5 October 1855 in Nettlepot, at 77 years of age. His body was interred October 1855 in Laithkirk.

He married Mary. (Mary is #2442.) Mary was born in Lunedale, Laithkirk, North Yorkshire 1795. Mary died 23 June 1886 in Nettlepot, at 90 years of age. Her body was interred June 1886 in Laithkirk. At 25 years of age Mary became the mother of Francis BRECKINFIELD in Lundedale, North Yorkshire, 1820. At 25 years of age Mary became the mother of Thomas BRECKINFIELD in Nettlepot, 1820. At 28 years of age Mary became the mother of Joseph BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1823. At 31 years of age Mary became the mother of Elizabeth BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1826. At 34 years of age Mary became the mother of Margaret Isabel BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1829. At 43 years of age Mary became the mother of Mary BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1838. Occupation: Farmer of 120 acres 1861 in Nettlepot, Lunedale.

At 42 years of age Joseph became the father of Thomas BRECKINFIELD in Nettlepot, 1820.

Joseph BRECKINFIELD and Mary had the following family:

4 i. Thomas³ BRECKINFIELD (#2608) was born in Nettlepot 1820. Thomas died 19 July 1841 in Nettlepot, at 21 years of age. His body was interred July 1841 Romaldkirk, North Yorks.
