Thomas was born in Chelsea, Middlesex March qtr 1883. Thomas was the son of Thomas DICKINSON and Adelaide HILDERSLEY. Thomas's occupation: Dairy Round Foreman in Willesden, Middlesex, July 1917. Occupation: Dairy Round Foreman July 1917 in Willesden, Middlesex. He resided in Kilburn, London NW6 July 1917, 31 Princess Road.

She was listed as George J BLAKE's daughter in the 1881 census in Camberwell, Surrey.
