He married Elizabeth CONDY. (Elizabeth CONDY is #1183.) Elizabeth was born 1871. Elizabeth was the daughter of ? CONDY and Elizabeth MAY. Elizabeth died 27 December 1945 at 74 years of age. At 28 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of John Condy BLAIR in Belfast, 7 November 1899.

At 33 years of age Hugh became the father of John Condy BLAIR in Belfast, 7 November 1899.

Hugh BLAIR and Elizabeth CONDY had the following family:
