3. John² BRECKINFIELD (¹) (#1027) was born in Nettlepot 1786. John died 13 December 1854 in Nettlepot, at 68 years of age.

He married twice. He married Elizabeth DENT. (Elizabeth DENT is #2454.) Elizabeth was born in Nettlepot 1798. Elizabeth was the daughter of John DENT. Elizabeth died 13 May 1857 in Nettlepot, at 58 years of age. At 30 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of John Dent BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, North Yorkshire, 1828. He married Mary. (Mary is #2442.) Mary was born in Lunedale, Laithkirk, North Yorkshire 1795. Mary died 23 June 1886 in Nettlepot, at 90 years of age. Her body was interred June 1886 in Laithkirk. At 25 years of age Mary became the mother of Francis BRECKINFIELD in Lundedale, North Yorkshire, 1820. At 25 years of age Mary became the mother of Thomas BRECKINFIELD in Nettlepot, 1820. At 28 years of age Mary became the mother of Joseph BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1823. At 31 years of age Mary became the mother of Elizabeth BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1826. At 34 years of age Mary became the mother of Margaret Isabel BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1829. At 43 years of age Mary became the mother of Mary BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1838. Occupation: Farmer of 120 acres 1861 in Nettlepot, Lunedale.

At 34 years of age John became the father of Francis BRECKINFIELD in Lundedale, North Yorkshire, 1820. At 37 years of age John became the father of Joseph BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1823. At 40 years of age John became the father of Elizabeth BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1826. At 42 years of age John became the father of John Dent BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, North Yorkshire, 1828. At 43 years of age John became the father of Margaret Isabel BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1829. At 52 years of age John became the father of Mary BRECKINFIELD in Lunedale, 1838.

John BRECKINFIELD and Mary had the following family:

+ 5 i. Francis³ BRECKINFIELD was born 1820.

6 ii. Joseph BRECKINFIELD (#2443) was born in Lunedale 1823. Joseph died 28 September 1899 in West Nettlepot, at 76 years of age.

7 iii. Elizabeth BRECKINFIELD (#2444) was born in Lunedale 1826. Elizabeth died 7 February 1900 in Nettlepot, at 73 years of age. Her body was interred 11 February 1900 in Laithkirk, North Yorkshire, parish churchyard. Occupation: Dressmaker 1861 in Nettlepot, Lunedale.

8 iv. Margaret Isabel BRECKINFIELD (#2445) was born in Lunedale 1829. Margaret died 7 August 1906 in Nettlepot, at 77 years of age. Her body was interred 1906 in Laithkirk. Occupation: Dressmaker 1861 in Nettlepot, Lunedale.

9 v. Mary BRECKINFIELD (#2446) was born in Lunedale 1838. Occupation: Dairy Maid 1861 in Nettlepot, Lunedale.

John BRECKINFIELD and Elizabeth DENT had the following family:

+ 10 vi. John Dent BRECKINFIELD was born 1828.
