At 24 years of age Julia became the mother of Julia BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1888. At 26 years of age Julia became the mother of Ernest BALL in St Pancras, London, 1890. At 29 years of age Julia became the mother of Phyllis BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1893. At 30 years of age Julia became the mother of Laura BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1894. At 32 years of age Julia became the mother of Reginald BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1896. At 34 years of age Julia became the mother of Sidney BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1898.

He was listed as James Weaver BALL's son in the 1881 census in St Anne Soho, Westminster. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Edward BALL (son); Hannah Amelia GOODWIN (wife).
