Julia was born in St Anne Westminster 17 November 1863. Julia was the daughter of William HILDERSLEY and Rachel Rose HOLLOWAY. She was christened in St Marylebone, London, 15 January 1872. At 24 years of age Julia became the mother of Julia BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1888. At 26 years of age Julia became the mother of Ernest BALL in St Pancras, London, 1890. At 29 years of age Julia became the mother of Phyllis BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1893. At 30 years of age Julia became the mother of Laura BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1894. At 32 years of age Julia became the mother of Reginald BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1896. At 34 years of age Julia became the mother of Sidney BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1898.

He was listed as James Weaver BALL's son in the 1881 census in St Anne Soho, Westminster. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Edward BALL (son); Hannah Amelia GOODWIN (wife). Occupation: Brass maker 1881 in London. At 26 years of age James became the father of Julia BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1888. At 28 years of age James became the father of Ernest BALL in St Pancras, London, 1890. At 31 years of age James became the father of Phyllis BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1893. At 32 years of age James became the father of Laura BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1894. At 34 years of age James became the father of Reginald BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1896. At 36 years of age James became the father of Sidney BALL in St Pancras, Middlesex, 1898. Occupation: Metal Worker 31 March 1901 in London. He was listed as head of household in the 1901 census in St Pancras, Middlesex.
