Jaed/Jacob Isaac ARGENBRIGHT ⁽³⁷³⁾ was born on 17 Sep 1826 in Floyd Co. IND. ⁽³⁷³⁾ Gerald & Nancy Argabright "John and Teeny produced at least 9 children -- John Augustus, Elizabeth,John Henry, Jacob Isaac (b. 9-17- 1826), Levi, Isaac (b. 9-30-1830; known as Uncle Ike but distinct from Jacob Isaac), Hester Ann, and Sarah Jessie.

has researched her husband's branch of the family tree. She sent me
newspaper clippings on Jacob Isaac's horrible death -- died on September

I am assuming that the names written in your Howell family Bible are in
cursive and Jacob's name looks like Jaed. Otherwise, I have no
explanation for the discrepency.

Wells Arganbright among their 16(!?)children.I have the following (but unverified by me) info on Howell Wells Arganbright; he was born on August 19, 1861 and died the next year
(sometime in October of 1862). I don't remember exactly what my source
