He was married to Lottie Lois Ellen Romine on September 8, 1892 in Mankato, Jewell, Kansas.  Lottie Lois Ellen Romine was born on March 20, 1875 in Jewell County, Kansas.  She died on November 2, 1966 in Beloit, Mitchell, Kansas.  Marion Green (Bob) Sadler and Lottie Lois Ellen Romine had the following children:

 

  i.  Josie Lillian Sadler (born on May 3, 1893).

               ii.  Mary Esther Sadler (born on November 3, 1896).

             iii.  Milton Deane Sadler (born on October 15, 1899).
