My Father

Duane Shamburg was born in Scottsville, Kansas. He served 20 years in
the Army. After retiring, he built a second Career in the business world with
data communications marketing. He retired again in 1993 and started a third
career in the entertainment world, served as a group activity coordinator
for a Nashville sightseeing business and worked part time as an extra actor
in country music videos, commercials and as an extra in movies. Lives in La
Vergne, Tennessee with his wife JoEllen
(Butler) Cole. Duane and Jo
Ellen have three children; Teresa (me), David and Tracy.
My Father has spent several years researching our Family Tree and the information
on this site is a result of his research. He is the son of Virgil Shamburg and Velma Goldia
Sadler.
