following covenant to assure them that he would come and settle:

setle att thirte mnille Iland by ye twenty ninth of october next inseuing date hearof, ealso to have my part of
fence up yt belongs to my home lot by ye Last of ___nexst inseuing as of failing hearof to forfit ten pounds to
ye inhabitant of thirte mile Iland as witnes my hand and seall.
