Luzerne County DEEDS: Late 1700s through 1960 ONLY

The Recorder of Deeds Office from the late 1700s through 1960. 
The first 150 books are on microfilm (it was up to 150 last time I was there).

You will need to have the first AND last name and the location of the property you are requesting a deed for. We cannot take requests like: "Looking for Jones in Wilkes-Barre". There are just too many for us to figure out which would be yours. That is your job. 

Please have that information BEFORE ordering a deed look-up or it will be denied.
