the railroads.)

Patrick Moore, Newtown, killed by being struck by a passing electric car
while on the footboard of another car, Oct. 12.
Mrs. Edward Wright, Wanamie, burned to death while heating lard and
turpentine over a stove, Oct. 15.
Child of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Lynch, Wilkes-Barre, 2 years old, burned to
death, Nov. 3.
Mrs. Martha Walters, Plains, 75 years of age, falls down stairs and
breaks her neck, Nov. 12.
Child of Mr. and Mrs. Hoch, Wilkes-Barre, 15 months, dies from burns,
Nov. 23.
