DAVERSON - MASSEY - McKEE - WHITE - KELSEY

Pages 201-202. 1 Feb. 1787. Hugh Daverson of Lancaster County, S. C., conveys to James Massey of the same state and county, for 50 pounds sterling, a tract of 250 acres, except 29 acres thereof that belong to a grant of William McKees of an older date, on the south side of the Waxhaw Creek in Lancaster County, lying between Joseph Whites, William McKees and John Kelsey's lands, by certain Indentures recorded in the Office of No & So Carolina that the right of this 250 acres was George Daversons Senr and is now Hugh Daversons his Eldest son which fell to him by the Death of the said George Daverson Senr his father.

DAVIS - DRENNON - NEILSON - PICKENS - BARNET - LARRIMER - GAULT

Pages 118-120. William Gault of Craven County, S. C., Waxhaw Settlement, planter, conveys to Thomas Neilson of the same county and state, for 100 pounds of good and lawful money, 96 acres on both sides of Camp Creek on the east side of the Cataba River in the Waxhaw Settlement, being part of a tract granted to James Larrimer by North Carolina 17 May 1754, containing 418 acres, which since the boundary line was run hath fallen into South Carolina, which 418 acres James Larrimer sold to Andrew Pickens, which sd Piokens sold to William Davis 268 acres of said tract, Wm Davis sold to Joseph Barnet the said tract, the said Joseph Barnet sold to David Drennon 96 acres of the 268 acres, which said Drennon sold to Joseph Gault, and he the said (Joseph) Gault sold the said plantation to William Gault the present seller. 16 Sept. 1779.

Pages 216-218. James Guthrie and Jane his wife of Lancaster County, S. C., planter, convey to Richard Wright of the county & state aforesaid, planter, for 80 pounds, 194 acres of land in the Waxhaw Settlement, adjoining Douglass's Land, and Robert Guthries Land, being part of a tract first granted to William Guthrie 4 May 1771, which said tract the above named William Guthrie by his Will devised to his beloved son James Guthrie. 2 Oct. 1787.

DUNLAP - CRAIG - WRIGHT - WALKER - GUTHRICE - RAMSEY - GREESON

Pages 254-255. 10 July 1788. James Craig, Esqr, Sheriff of Lancaster County, conveys to Richard Wright a tract containing 250 acres on a branch of Cane Creek, waters of Catawba River, Waxhaw settlement, butting and bounding N. E. on land of Thomas Walker and vacant land, N. W. and S. W. on vacant lands, and joining a corner of William Guthrice(?) lands, South East on lands of Robert Ramsey, Robert Dunlap, and vacant land, granted to George Greerson, who was impleaded by James Dunlap July Term 1787 for a debt of 9 pounds, 8 shillings sterling. Richard Wright being last bidder at sheriff's sale, for nine pounds.
