Thomas signed his Will on the 11 June 1863 probate was October 1864.
mentioned in this will were; William Hayes Watson and Sarah Jane Watson, children of the late Wm. John Watson and Jane, his wife - and also the following children of Thomas: Mary Lilley, wife of Wm. Lilley; Thomas Watson and wife Tabitha (now in Australia); Ann Sneath; Sarah James, wife of Robert James and daughter Jane Watson.

The children who were buried at Fulbeck lived in Lincoln. By 1853 Frances Capp WATSON was apparently living in Fulbeck, (she has not yet been found in the 1851 census)

There is also a Thomas baptised Fulbeck 1831 son of Thomasn WATSON and Mary.
