From the Store to Orange line at the Waggon Path that goes to Worsham Glenns ford on Enoe River and the following Persons to lay out the same (towit) Thomas Stroud, William Reves, Samuel Peak, Woodson Daniel, Thomas Farrell, David Geer, Richard Clements, James Howell, Peter Coffa, William Downs, George Jordon, John Alston, John Humphreys.

December 1780 to March 1781 Court, p. 171 - A Deed from George Jordan to Micajah Ferrell was in Open Court duly proved by the Oath of William Reeves a Witness thereto and Ordered to be Registred.

September 1781 Court, p. 188 - William Reeves having been appointed taxgatherer for the Year 1780 came into Court and settled an account of his collection amounting to £ 10,184:19:4, at the same time produced an account against said Collection amounting to £ 348:3:4 which leaves a balance due to the State of £ 9736:16.

June 1783 Court, p. 260 - Ordered that William Reeves be allowed the sum of three pounds eight Shillings and Six pence Specie for his attendance at Hillsbo. Superior Court as a Juryman, as P: Ticket filed & that the same be paid out of the County tax.

December 1790 Court, p. 444-65 - Ordered that the following Jury lay off a Road leading from William Ashleys fence on Munns Road from thence across Nuse River at Ashleys ferry, thence to the Road that leads to Hillsborough near the Great Cowlick on said River the said Ashley agrees to keep said Road open at his own Expense 650 yards towit, William White, Willis Jones, George Brogdon, Richard Wilkins, Jonathan Reves, Isaac Hicks, William Ferrill, Samuel Peak, William Reves, Micajah Ferrill, Thomas Tomlinson, Sterling Talley, Richard Thomlinson, Richard Talley and Hicks Ellis or any twelve of them and report to next Court.

September 1791 Court, p. 519-140 - Last Will and Testament of Woodson Daniel decd. Was exhibited in open Court and duly proved by the Oaths of Richard Banks Esquire and William Carpenter Witnesses. p. 520-141 - Witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded at the same time John Daniel and William Reeves Esquire, Executors mentioned in said Will came into Court and Qualified as such agreeable to Law, ordered that letters Testamentory issue.

December 1791 Court, p. 554-175 - Ordered that John Alston, to whom David and Hester Weaver, Children of Penny Weaver was bound apprentice, be summoned to make his Personal appearance at our next County Court & that he bring said Children with him, into Court, then and there to shew cause if any he hath, wherefore the said Children should not be removed from their apprenticeship, ordered that a summons issue for William Reeves and Any his Wife as Witnesses for the Orphans.

September 1792 Court, p. 601-222 - William Reeves, Richard Banks and Edward Pride Esquires Justices appointed for the County of Wake, came into Court and Qualified by taking the Oaths appointed by Congress for the Qualification of Public Officers.
Ordered that Peter Reeves be Constable in Capt. Willis Jones's District, who came into Court and entered into Bond in the Sum of £ 250 and gave Securities agreeable to Law.

December 1792 Court, p. 663-284 - Drury Shearing having been Charged by Elphra Fogaty with being the Father of an Illitigitimate Child begotton on her Body came into Court and entered into Bond for the indemnification of the Parish as the law directs, and gave Micajah Ferrell & William Reeves Esquire for his Securities.

February 1801 Court, p. 171 - Seven Setts of the Acts of Congress having been allowed to the Justices of Wake County for the benefit of the County under a resolution of Congress, and the said Justices having classed themselves into six classes for the purpose of assigning to each Class one sett of said Books, the following Justices were drawn by ballot each to keep and preserve one sett thereof in the said County for the use and benefit of himself and the other Justices in his said Class, towit: Nathaniel Jones (WP), William Reeves, William High, John Hogg, Solomon Rogers and Walter Rand. The seventh sett being deposited in this Office for the use of the Court.

August 1802 Court, p. 121 - The Court consisting of a majority of the Justices of the County proceeded to the election of a Clerk when Simon Turner esqr. Was duly elected to that office who entered into two Bonds in the Sum of two thousand pound each with Security and qualified agreeable to Law. The Justices present composing said court are...Wm.
