She died Aft. 188946,47,48.

"In the Name of God, Amen: I, Abraham Bartholomew of the town of Mount Morris in the County of Livingston and State of New York, of the age of 65 years, and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare, this my last Will and Testament
in manner following that is to say: -
First - I hereby direct that my executors hereinafter named, first, pay all my just debts and funeral charges, as soon after my decease as conveniently may be, and that they procure and place at the head of my grave a suitable tombstone.-
Second: - I give & bequeath to my beloved wife Maria Jane Bartholomew the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000) to be accepted and received by her in lieu of dower -
Third: - I give & bequeath to Viola Chesier the only child of my deceased daughter Emma Jane Chesier the sum of five hundred dollars to be paid to her by my Executor hereinafter named, on her arriving at the age of twenty one years, without interest thereon.  And in case the said Viola Chesier should die before arriving to the age of twenty one years, then in such a case or event, I give and bequeath the said sum of five hundredto my son Amos S. Bartholomew and Egbert D. Bartholomew to be divided Equally between them share and share alike.  And in case my said sons Amos S. Bartholomew & Egbert D. Bartholomew both are no living at the death of the said Viola Chesier, then in such case or event, I give & bequeath the said sum of five hundred dollars to the survivor of them his heirs and assigns forever.
Fourth: - I give and bequeath to Nellie Bartholomew daughter of my son Gordon Bartholomew the sum of five hundred dollars to be paid to her by my Executors hereinfafter named, when she arrives at the age of twenty one years, without interest theron, and in case the said Nellie Bartholomew shoud die before arriving to the age of twenty one years, then in such case or event I give & bequeath the said sum of five hundred dollars to my sons Amos S. Bartholomew & Egbert D. Bartholomew to be divided between them share and share alike; And in case my said sons Amos S. Bartholomew and Edbert D. Bartholomew both are not living at the death of the said Nellie Bartholomew, then in such case or event, I give & bequeath the said sum of five hundred dollars to the survivor of them his heirs or assigns forever.
Fifth: - I give and bequeath to Rena Bartholomew daughter of my son Egbert D. Bartholomew the sum of five hundred dollars to be paid to her by my Executors hereinafter named when she arrives at the age of twenty one years, without interest thereon; and in case the said Rena Bartholomew should die before arriving to the age of twenty one years then, in such case or event, I give and bequeath the siad sum of five hundred dollars to my said sons, Amos S. Bartholomew and Egbert D. Bartholomew to be divided equally between them share and share alike. And in case my said sons Amos S. Bartholomew and Egbert D. Bartholomew both are not living at the death of the said Rena Bartholomew, then in such case or event, I give & bequeath the said sum of five hundred dollars to the survivor of them his heirs and assigns forever.
Sixth: - I give devise & bequeath all my real estate and the balance of my personal estate of which nature or kind soever to my said sons Amos S. Bartholomew and Egbert D. Bartholomew to be divided Equally between them share and share alike: - to have and to hold the saim to the said Amos S. Bartholomew and Egbert D. Bartholomew their heirs and assigns forever.
And Lastly - I hereby nominate and appoint my said sons Amos S. Bartholomew and Egbert D. Bartholomew the Executors of this my last will and testament, and hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
