ROBERT EAMES: Luther Cloyes, Daniel Cloyes, Richard Sanger, Joseph and Needham Mayer, Nathaniel Hemmenway, Joseph and Urial Jennings and Robert Eames all migrated from Framingham and Sherbourne, Massachusetts to Fitzwilliam, NewHampshire. After living in New Hampshire briefly, they joined a number of Fitzwilliam, Westmoreland, and Marlborough, New Hampshire residents and moved to Whitestown, New York (this town was later named Utica) shortly after the American Revolution. Daniel and Luther Cloyes and Robert Eames were brothers-in-law, Uriah Jennings was a cousin of the Cloyes brothers.
