Joseph Colby Esq. and Elizabeth Evans were married on 16 May 1799. Elizabeth Evans, daughter of David Evans and Catherine Walker, was born on 6 May 1770.⁴³¹ She died on 12 December 1839 at the age of 69.⁴³¹
