At Mary's death personal property on hand to be sold and the proceeds equally divided between my dautghter Elizabeth Hickman the heirs of my Daughter Nancy A. White and my son John S. Brown. To son John A. Brown my farm after death of my wife Mary Brown by him paying my daughter Elizabeth Hickman $100.00 and the heirs of Nancy A. White $100.00. Signed X Dated 7-29-1886.
