Keturah Barnes was the daughter of Keturah Shipley and James Barnes. She marries Richard Shipley the son of Richard and Susannah Stevens Shipley. Keturah and Richard have son Benjamin Shipley the oldest son and child who makes his way to Washington Co., Tennessee and becomes the ancestor of Janelle Walker.
