Georg Christoph Mock / Muck born in Germany 1731, came to the English Colonies in Philadelphia, PA, as a German pioneer on the ship "Queen of Denmark" arriving 11/3/1752. I have an actual copy of the passenger list. He married Catherine ??. Georg bought land in Plunks Doubt, MD, near Middletown, in 1762 & died the same year. Georg/Catherine had 5 children. Two of the sons, Thomas & Peter Mock / Muck, fought in the American Revolution. I have an actual copy of Peter's enlistment 2/5/1777. Both he & Thomas supposedly signed up at the same place & time. They were in Capt. Serers Company, Washington County Militia, Card # 37440455. All of that matches Peter's papers. As a direct descendent of Thomas I need a copy of his Enlistment paper as proof for the DAR. --Rosalie Long Quirk <rosalieq@msn.com>, e-mail, May 22, 2002
