Christian was a hoffman in Sulzthal in 1724. He and his family immigrated to American and landed in Philadelphia on the ship "John and William" on October 17, 1732.  He received a warrant for 150 acres of April 10, 1750, and was appointed constable of Manchester Township in 1749.
